If you submitted a request earlier this year and are still waiting, please submit a new one online. This will ensure you are in our system. You will not lose your place in the queue.

Requests are evaluated and prioritised by a panel. You will be notified by email of the outcome and asked to complete the necessary documentation and obtain consent for the approved date, frequency and time of your request.

A new 2025 licencing agreement is coming soon. Information on this will be sent directly to current NDIS therapy providers via email.
